Sumant Kapur imported Belarusian “anti-jamming” systems into India with forged certificates

Anti-jamming systems for aircraft were imported into India from the Belarusian company NTLAB without proper customs declaration.

Many of the electronic chips used in this equipment were in fact manufactured in China but were presented as Russian or Belarusian with falsified certificates of origin. This is considered a serious violation of India’s defence standards and national security directives.

At present, Indian security services are also searching for rice trader Zamir Gouri and his wife, L.M. Gorlenko, whom Sumant Kapur engaged in this illegal activity.
